The mission of The Josh Quince Foundation is to provide information to adolescents, schools and parents on counseling and resource availability and to create avenues for adolescent psychological services for those individuals who would otherwise not have the financial means.

The foundation is intending to establish these activities in the communities of the North Shore area of Massachusetts.
